Reading from Isaiah Chapter 3 and 4, the Prophet Isaiah talks about the events that would unfold in the last days before the Return of Jesus Christ. Considering the Scripture above, we could outline the characteristics of the end time woman. The end time woman desires to live her life independent of the man, and these includes providing her own food, clothing, and her own security. In fact, the end time woman doesn’t need a man to bear her own children anymore, as she can purchase semen and pay for an Artificial Insemination. Her quest for fulfillment tells her that she only needs to be rich and successful, give birth or adopt a child to be her Heir. Let’s not forget that the heir gets to inherit not just her wealth but also her ungodly mindset. Her mindset is termed ungodly because, it is against God’s original plan for His creation. God’s plan for His creation is LOVE. All the attributes stated about the feminist in this article and many other attributes which are not captured in this text are against God’s original design of LOVE. According to John 15:12 Jesus said “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” Feminism is also against God’s order for Life and Marriage as 1 Corinthians 11:3 says “But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. Everyone ought to have a head (Authority) because even Jesus Christ has a Head and that is God. God designed the woman to be subject to the man in marriage and we can’t question Him because He is God (the final authority). But the Scripture at the top of our text tells us the possible end of every Feminist; “Seven women will gang up on one man” why? Because no man wants them anymore, no sane man would live peaceably with an in-submissive wife. Little wonder, the Ideology of Feminism incites the woman to separate from any man that subs authority over her. This incitement, is the leading cause of the increasing rate of divorce in our generation.
Mind you, this sad prophecy does not include a Virtuous woman because Proverbs 31:10 says “Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. In other words, At the end of time, Virtuous women would become scarce as well as Faithful men. Reading our text (Isaiah 4:1) form NLT, the Bible says “In that day so few men would be left that seven women will fight for each man….” Men would be few not because the male gender would no longer be born to men but because, Faithful men as well as virtuous women would not be common or easy to find anymore. Seven women would fight for one man not because men are lacking in population but because, feminism has left such women handicapped.
In my personal opinion, women need to be more involved in fighting for equity than they fight for gender equality.
